I believe that  eating well is at the foundation of wellness, which is why I love supporting families with meal preparation. I have been passionate about food my entire life. As the daughter of a naturopath, eating well is deeply ingrained into my understanding of health and wellness. Throughout my life, I have been vegetarian and vegan and struggled with a variety of food sensitivities. As such, I’ve developed a creative, dynamic approach to how I prepare food.

Preparing meals for my friends is one of my favourite pastimes. I have experience in 4 professional kitchens, teaching children’s cooking classes and involvement in many local food initiatives. As a result, I have a wide range of skills when it comes to cooking and baking, and specialize in vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free cooking.

Eating well takes a lot of time, intention and energy.

The same things that will probably be in shortage after your baby is born. That’s where I come in. If you need help with meal planning during your pregnancy, or food preparation during those first few weeks postpartum, I can help.

What I Offer

The standard Meal Support Package is 10 hours long. This package includes:

  • 1 planning session to discuss what you like to eat, dietary restrictions, etc.
  • 2 grocery shops
  • 2 cooking and/or baking sessions

The planning session occurs in your home, and meal preparation can happen at your home or mine.
